Complete study in the field of BWL with the focus on human resources management / Compensation & Benefits or comparable Multiannual professional experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits in an international context Outstanding knowledge in the areas of salary analyses and policy, work assessment/grading models & methods, stock purchase programs and benefits German and English language skills in word and writing Communication strength, Analytical thinking and structuring Standing for occasional missions
