Mechanic Gas and Water - Fault Clearance Service (f/m/d)

The Stuttgart networks ensure that electricity and gas arrive reliably at people around the clock in Stuttgart. As a distribution system operator, we are responsible for the operation, maintenance and modernization of the 5,600 kilometres long power grid and the 2,100 kilometres long gas network of the state capital. In addition to security of supply, we are investing in the further development of the networks to meet the increasing demands of the energy transition and to create a sustainable energy infrastructure in Stuttgart. In addition, we serve 74,000 street lights for the city of Stuttgart. As a subsidiary of the Stadtwerke Stuttgart, we support the state capital Stuttgart on the way to climate neutrality by 2035 with around 600 employees. Our employees in the “destroy service” ensure that the gas and water savings are taken into account, with a service for other network areas and suppliers.

Training: A completed vocational training as a plant mechanic, pipe system technology or a comparable qualification forms the ideal basis for this activity Experience: Advantages are first knowledge of the construction, maintenance and destruction of pipe networks in gas and water distribution Personality: Reliability, teamability and high operational readiness Qualification: The suitability for acquiring a U.S. installation pass will bring you with or be willing to obtain it IT Affinity: Modern IT applications awaken your interest, and first knowledge is beneficial Mobility: Class B licence is required, even better are BE, C1 or C1E
