• Pre- and preparation of fresh food for the daily business
• Ensure smooth (production) processes in the food truck / kitchen area
• Service of our guests at the food truck / in the front hooking area
• Implementation of our kitchen concept
• Creation of goods requirements
• Support in the implementation of inventory
• Acceptance, control and removal of food if necessary
• Compliance and implementation of all HACCP regulations and internally defined standards

DEIN PROFIL

• Successfully completed training to cook (m/w/d), at best supplemented by already gained professional experience in the Gastronomy
• Flowing German and good English skills
• Passion for food
• A sense of duty and responsibility associated with an independent and organized working method
• Very good handling and a pronounced host mentality with a high level of service orientation
• Team spirit, flexibility and ability to maintain rest in stressful situation
