Your role

Preparation of test tasks by visualizing and testing work documents such as drawings, work plans and test instructions

Set up and calibrate the required measuring and testing equipment according to specifications

Measurements and testing of optical components and assemblies in respect of compliance with all required quality parameters

performing interferometric measurements on optical components and documentation of the test results

performing acceptance measurements in compliance with the predetermined tolerances

Initiation of reworking in tolerance deviations and coordination of the further procedure with supervisors and engineering documentation of the progress of work in the production control systems and quality databases used

Implementation of cleaning, maintenance and simple repair tasks

as part of the respective qualification

Successfully completed technical training, ideally as fine optics, physics laboratory, mechatronics (m/w/x) or in a comparable technical profession

Professional experience in quality testing, measuring technology or in the production environment, ideally in the field of optical components

Experience in handling measuring and testing equipment and technical understanding

Knowledge of the performance and evaluation of interferometric measurements of advantage

Safe handling of technical documents such as drawings, work plans and test instructions

Quality awareness and careful, structured and reliable operation

High level of concentration, accuracy and sense of responsibility

Timely stay in darkened rooms and willingness to work in a 3 layer
