As a production employee (m/w/d) (m/w/d), you are in the process of producing high-quality products for daily consumption. Here you get the chance to develop yourself in an exciting environment and work actively in production. The best thing about it: do not need previous knowledge – we show you everything! You work in the 3-layer system and make sure that food production runs smoothly. Be part of our dynamic team and join us!

• Support food production according to the highest quality standards.
• Override tasks such as preparation, sorting and packaging of products.
• Make sure that the hygiene rules are complied with consistently.
• Operating and controlling modern production facilities.
• Help to quickly detect and fix possible disturbances.

We are looking for

Motivation, commitment and team spirit are important for this position! Professional experience is not required – you are thoroughly incorporated. However, there are some basic conditions:

• Owner of a valid health pass according to the hygiene standards.
• willingness to work in a 3-shift system (break, late and night shift).
• Good physical condition as well as the ability to work reliably even in a fast environment.
• Care and a strong sense of responsibility in dealing with food.
• Basic knowledge of the German language so that work instructions can be understood.
