Learning & Development Specialist – Training Center (m/f/d)

Development and implementation of digital training: Conception, creation and implementation of online training (Basic & Advanced). Development and maintenance of e-learning content such as videos, interactive learning modules and knowledge checks. Didactic and media processing of technical content: structuring, visualization and media implementation of technical topics related to bottelpack technology. Further development of digital learning formats: further development of digital training formats in the Bottelpack Training Center (BTC). Maintenance of the training landscape in the LMS: Management and updating of digital learning content in the Learning Management System (LMS). Cooperation: Close coordination with the fields of technology, service, documentation and other specialist departments to ensure high-quality training content.

Study/training: You have a degree or education in the field of media education, e-learning / instructional design, media or communication sciences or a comparable qualification. Professional experience: You have experience with digital learning formats (e‐learning, online trainings), are sure to deal with digital media and tools and ideally have knowledge of the use of learning platforms (LMS). Language skills: You have very good communication skills in German and English in word and writing. Technical understanding: You have a basic technical understanding and a strong interest in technical products and complex relationships. Didactic abilities: You have very good educational skills. Soft Skills: You are a team player and work reliably, independently and conscientiously.
