Point by point. You take the full resolution of insolvency proceedings (IN) for various local courts – from the opening to the final maturity. In particular, the following activities are your responsibility:

Determination of the economic and legal circumstances of insolvency debtors Compilation of opinions and reports at local courts Organisation and monitoring of operations and the audit of rehabilitation measures Examination of right of separation settlement of current debt and supervision of debt management Processing of contradictions and writing of process-related writing Monitoring liquidity status and compiling appropriate evaluations Contact person*in for process participants and coordination of appointments Preparation and organisation of creditors' meetings Negotiations with various parties Coordination and control of service providers on behalf of insolvency administration

You can. You work independently, structured and convince with your excellent communication skills and expertise

You have about: Full jury*in Advantageous professional experience in in insolvency processing Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office applications and modern office communication Ideally first experience with the administrator-specific software program Winsolvenz.P4 / LEXolution.DMS
