In our team in the nursing home, you are responsible for the social support and support of our residents. They are much in contact with them, conduct conversations and promote the preservation of skills in individual and group activities. They accompany our residents during walks and ensure a varied daily routine by playing together, singing, crafting, painting and reading. Meals are an important part of the day, including accompanying our residents and promoting their independence. Good care, care and care live with us from regular exchange and mutual support in the team. You work hand in hand with your colleagues and promote our good cooperation.

• a qualification for the care force according to § 43b SGB XI (formerly § 87b para. 3 SGB XI)
