Consultation and support of OÖ Gesundholding in the field of health professionals (medical issues) Representation of OÖ Health Holding in topics relating to health and social professions to the outside (cooperation partners, authorities) and inward (projects and working groups, strategic development) Consulting in the strategic planning and orientation of the company Development of clinical standards and guidelines together with specialist departments and health professionals Management and support of strategic or holding-further projects and work orders

In the function of the department management of the competence management health professions, you actively participate in the strategic business planning and in the design of the corporate goals. The Head of Department is assigned to the Medical Directorate and represents the topics and concerns of health professionals (medical issues). In your self-understanding, the management contributes expert knowledge to operational and strategic issues.
