ACT NOW! - these are your tasks:

• Commercial processing of construction projects / service orders
• Participation in purchasing materials and subcontractors
• Invoicing, receivable and guarantee management to customers and after-contractors (debitor and creditor management)
• Basic commercial activities, general correspondence and project-related special tasks
• Active cooperation in the projects
• Self-fulfilment of various tasks within the project team

Your profile - you should bring:

• Complete commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman/wife, completed commercial studies such as business administration, or comparable training desirable
• Multiannual professional experience in facility management, facility services, technical building management, or in the construction industry
• Safe handling of MS Office packages
• Communicative personality with pleasure in team work
• Responsible, targeted and independent operation
