Customer-Hero: You are the first contact point for our customers with complex technical inquiries about their hosting products via ticket, live chat and phone. Panel support: You support customers in configuration and troubleshooting within Plesk and cPanel(e.g. email device, SSL problems, PHP settings). Linux-Versteher: You can safely move to the Linux Console to analyze log files (Apache, Nginx, Mail Logs) and identify causes for disturbances directly. Consultation: You also explain complex facts in a comprehensible way and provide tips for optimizing the customer websites. Interface: You work closely with our system administration when it comes to global optimizations that you are reading from the support everyday.

Hosting experience: You have already worked in the web hosting environment and know the typical 'Pain Points' of customers. Panel know-how: You have profound experience in the operation and administration of Plesk (Onyx/Obsidian) and cPanel from user perspective. Found Linux knowledge: You feel at home on the command line and know how to do kernel parameters and services. Solution orientation: You do not think in problems, but in stable, scalable solutions. Communication talent: You enjoy direct customer contact, stay patient and formally precise answers even in tricky cases. Language: You can communicate fluently in German and understand technical documentation in English.
