Collaboration & Communications M365 Consultant (m/f/d)

Advice and support for the areas of expertise in request analysis, introduction and further development of Microsoft-365 solutions. Support in change management and support for the acceptance of new digital methods, e.g. through workshops, user training and information events Creation of documentation, guides and best practices for users. Supporting projects for digital transformation as well as cooperation with cross-departmental digital initiatives. Digitization and automation of business processes using the Microsoft-365 platform (e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform). Continuous observation of new Microsoft-365 functions and evaluation of their added value for the company Conception, administration and configuration of selected Microsoft-365 services and functions. Control of external service providers and coordination with software manufacturers. Support for license management and M365 governance.

Successfully completed technical training (e.g. specialist system integration) or study of (economic) informatics Multiannual professional experience in communication and cooperation systems in larger business environments good analytical thinking Experience in the administration of hybrid (cloud- / on-premise) Microsoft environments Experience in the administration of Micosoft Teams and Microsoft Exchange Fun on IT topics and working on the team
