Head of Development Projects (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the development and implementation of product or product Technology development projects and conducts necessary experiments on our laboratory facilities in this context You conduct project-specific changing teams, take over the coordination of laboratory occupancy and take care of the procurement of raw, auxiliary and operating materials required for the experiments For the pre- and after-sales, you will start offerings about experiments on the laboratory machines You write and document the financial R&D expenses and take care of the application for external research grants Supporting the team in the project management of customer orders is also part of your tasks

You have a successful degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification Professional experience in project management, ideally in machine and plant engineering, you can demonstrate You have knowledge in the field of fiber composite materials (production, structure, properties), you are also desirable knowledge in the field of processing web-like materials (including coating, impregnating, folding) Analytical thinking and innovative strength are the key You can certainly master English in word and writing Good application knowledge in MS-Office, good expressability, first experience in managing teams as well as an independent and targeted way to complete your profile
