Project management and control: You are responsible for handling construction projects at KIT. As a member of a project team, you will take care of the field of electrical engineering in the technical building equipment. Your tasks include the management and control of construction projects. The technical competence comprises the cost- and time-related processing of all power phases 1 to 8 according to the HOAI and the control of external specialist planners. Coordination of the project organisation: As a project manager (w/m/d), you coordinate the construction of the project organization, including the combination of all project staff and the establishment of meeting structures, such as the Jour Fixe appointments. Definition of the task: You define the tasks of the respective construction project and develop solution variants and economic calculations. Ensuring the project objectives: ensure that the project objectives are respected with regard to costs, dates and qualities.

Completed university studies (Bachelor / Dipl-Ing.) in the field of electrical engineering or a similar field with multi-year professional experience in the handling of construction projects Insufficient knowledge of the guidelines, regulations and laws in building technology Comprehensive knowledge and experience in planning and implementation of solutions Careful and systematic work
