You play a central role in developing, optimizing and ensuring reliable pay billing processes and work closely with HR-Payroll specialist: in order to ensure stable, law-compliant and performant payroll solutions (currently SAP HCM on premise) Your focus is on the technical support and further development of the SAP HCM Payroll, including schemes, rules and accounting modules You are also responsible for the analysis, testing and implementation of legal changes, tariff changes and company-specific adjustments You support monthly and annual accounts and take care of the clarification of billing-relevant errors Ensure and install the compatibility according to support package inputs and annual change activities The creation of technical concepts and documentation as well as the 3rd level support for complex payroll cases are also part of your tasks Code reviews and performance optimizations, in particular in the billing context, you carry out In addition, you will accompany and advise the Payroll department in the introduction of new technologies, process optimizations and automation, e.g. cooperation in the H4S4 / S/4Hana HCM roadmap
