For our Facility Management section, we are looking for a full-time and unlimited: Coordinator – Facility Engineering (m/w/d)

Project management: independent planning and management of (conversion) construction and renovation projects within the facility management Maintenance and maintenance: carrying out regular maintenance and maintenance work of domestic equipment and maintenance of repairs, assembly, programming and system implementations Coordination: Monitoring of foreign companies in all maintenance and repair work Hands-On: Acquisition of complex domestic engineering activities Strategic: Development of assigned responsibility and/or trades

Education: completed studies in the field, mechanical engineering, (construction) engineering, architects or the like, as well as masters or technicians with many years of professional experience Experience: Professional experience in a similar position in an industrial or commercial environment Expertise: Funded knowledge in building technology, construction and general facility management PC knowledge: Experiences in 2D-CAD Skills: very good coordination and communication skills, independent work and team skills
