In the Process Automation team, we accompany health insurance companies in the digitization of their GKV-specific business processes and in the provision of digital services for insured persons. These are service apps and customer portals with self-service functions as well as digital E2E service processes. We focus on the IT solution BITMARCK_21c|ng of our system house partner BITMARCK GmbH. We offer comprehensive advice from the digitalization strategy and application decision to optimize the processes as well as corresponding operating services. We work closely with our customers. Thus, solution concepts and implementations are developed and implemented together with customers. We focus on credibility, reliability, teamwork and innovation. You will take care of the professional care and advice of health insurance companies in dealing with the online service bitGo_Suite in the context of BITMARCK_21c|ng and various additional products. You conduct introduction and migration projects for bitGo_Suite or support these projects as a specialist. You can determine the need for new modules, forms, etc. that increase the performance of the online service and introduce new components to customers independently. You identify potentials for digitizing business processes and implement automation solutions. You design and plan training and customer events and perform them independently. You support customers with your professional expertise in an advisory function and, depending on your needs, take over roles such as expert, project manager or coordinator, also locally with customers. You create documentation and publications for customers and organize ITSC-internal activities for offering, introduction and implementation.

A completed training or study in the commercial, social insurance or IT-related area – e.g. as a specialist in system integration, social security specialist, with training for the health insurance specialist (m/w/d) or Projektmanager (m/w/d) Knowledge in the field of process and project management as well as initial experience in IT-based process optimization and automation Knowledge in XML and JSON as well as the ability to read and analyze error logs Experience in setting up and maintaining online services/online shops via a CMS (Content Management System), ideally FirstSpirit Knowledge of the user software BITMARCK_21c|ng and Java knowledge are advantageous Representative cooperation and communication skills, team spirit, readiness to travel and independent work
