Strengthen our team as Product Compliance Expert (m/w/d) and ensure the global compliance of our innovative product portfolio. You control regulatory processes throughout the product lifecycle, evaluate international legislation and translate them into operational management guidelines. At the interface to our business units, you shape compliance awareness throughout the company and enjoy great design space. Your tasks: Professional guidance, advice and support of Product Compliance Focal Points in the Business Units in assessing regulatory requirements for new products, markets and technologies Planning, implementation and documentation of the annual audit and training programme, including the consistent follow-up of resulting measures and the management of deviations and non-conformities Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the impact of national and international regulatory changes on the creation of detailed product compliance analyses, impact assessments and concrete action recommendations Operational control of KPI reporting, preparation of key figures for division management, maintenance, updating and strategic further development of regulatory requirements and knowledge databases using business intelligence systems Creation, testing and maintenance of expert opinions and guidelines, checklists and tools for audit-proof and efficient implementation of all compliance requirements Conception, creation and implementation of targeted training programs and training documents as well as the moderation of professional exchange formats

Complete university studies, preferably in economic law, engineering, economic engineering, natural sciences or a comparable subject Long-standing professional experience in product compliance, regulatory affairs, product safety or quality management, ideally in the armaments industry, as well as experience in implementing technical compliance audits, risk assessments and the processing of non-conformities Funded knowledge of product safety law, relevant technical standards and regulations such as CE marking, REACH, RoHS, MIL-STD, STANAG or DIN EN as well as a safe handling of compliance and quality management systems according to ISO 37301 and ISO 9001 as well as additional qualifications as (Product) Compliance Officer or (Lead) Auditor Knowledge of the use of business intelligence and regulatory monitoring tools as well as high affinity for digital tools and data-based working German and English knowledge in word and writing Outstanding analytical skills, a structured and solution-oriented way of working, high self-initiative as well as pronounced communication strength, interface competency, team skills, intercultural skills and the ability to manage conflict in the moderation of interdisciplinary teams Global readiness
