We are looking for our customers, a specialized rehabilitation clinic in the Lippstadt area, a chief physician (w/m/d) for psychosomatics.

The clinic is located in a natural environment and offers optimal conditions for successful medical rehabilitation. The specialist focus is on cardiological, psychosomatic and psychocardiological care.

Your tasks:

• General responsibility for the medical, strategic and organizational management of the department in management
• Control and ensure excellent treatment quality taking into account the medical, economic and structural conditions
• Professional and personal guidance of the medical service including targeted promotion, mentoring and structured further development of all professional groups
• Active development and profiling of the interdisciplinary medical-therapeutic-career concept

Your profile:

• Consultant (m/d) für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie (m/d) für Psychosomatische Medizin und Psychotherapie
• willingness to actively engage in higher-level medical issues at the carrier level and to contribute to the development of innovative approaches to supply
• Impressed leadership with the ability to inspire, develop and take responsibility for teams
• Sovereign, appraisal appearance and high communicative competence in dealing with patients, relatives and employees
• Additional qualifications in the field of social medicine or rehabilitation medicine are advantageous
