Construction Planning and Execution Manager (m/f/d)

Planning, control and monitoring of rebuilding measures and smaller construction projects, including coordination of architectural and engineering offices, executive structures and construction companies Continuous control of the progress of construction, ensuring the required quality and ensuring the safety of work Detection and coordination of user requirements, coordination with the works council and creation and maintenance of the staff planning for office and sanitary areas Creation of budget planning, continuous cost monitoring and compliance with financial requirements Inclusion of requirements, maintenance of staff planning for offices and redresses and organisation of the corresponding infrastructure

Completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline as well as several years of experience in the planning and construction of construction measures, preferably in the maritime environment Funded knowledge of cost calculation, tendering and construction contracting (HOAI, VOB) and experience in managing the planning participants, craft businesses and construction companies Secure handling of CAD software (especially AutoCAD), SAP and Microsoft Office Impressed communication strength, team capacity and proactive communication in interdisciplinary project teams Structured, targeted and independent work, high organizational ability and good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
