As a specialist field manager, you take the professional leadership of a 12-member team. You will take over the coordination, professional management of the SAP IS-U team (module support), ensuring operational stability and promoting the professional development of employees. The project management of the SAP S/4HANA Migration and the strategic development of our SAP IS-U landscape are part of your task. You are responsible for planning, controlling and implementing the transformation of SAP IS-U to SAP S/4HANA in close coordination with internal stakeholders:inside and external service providers. You take care of the analysis, evaluation and design of system architectures and processes for the future-proof alignment of SAP systems in the context of the energy industry. You are also responsible for interface management and stakeholders:internal communication. You will be working closely with adjacent departments, IT, management and external partners to ensure a holistic project and system integration. Ensuring test, change and release management processes as well as introducing efficient project and support structures within the framework of SAP migration and quality and change management in the SAP environment complete your task profile.

You have a completed study of (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification. For this, you have several years of experience in managing complex SAP projects, ideally in the context of SAP IS-U and/or S/4HANA.
