Payroll Specialist part-time (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the entire billing process for several hundred employees in Germany and contact persons for the external pre-pair and billing teams settlement of all accounting-relevant administrative processes taking into account work contractual requirements and operating arrangements Co-responsible for the maintenance of master and accounting data in the international accounting tool Contact persons for both executives and employees on billing, social security and tax issues as well as for colleagues in finance Control of reporting and certification and exchange with authorities and social security institutions Creation of evaluations, monthly and annual accounts activities Participation in projects for the further development of payroll processes

Completed commercial training, e.g. as a tax specialist (m/w/d), ideally with further training in the field of wage and salary accounting Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Safe handling of common accounting systems Good MS Office knowledge Structured, reliable and independent operation Impressed service orientation and team spirit as well as a high degree of discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data Very good German knowledge and good advanced English skills (C1)
