Take responsibility as a lead in the group – close to the team and the children. Develop our concept together with the team – living, practical and oriented to the needs of children and families. Accompany and strengthen your employees professionally and personally. consistently implement the protective order and give a face to the subject of child protection. Working in partnership with parents and families – resource-oriented, open and value-estimating. Lead a dedicated team of around 11 people with heart, clarity and team spirit. Also keep an overview in organizational and administrative tasks – with structure and an open ear for the essential.

A completed training as an educator, social pedagogue or a comparable qualification with management competence. First or well-founded experience in management functions – they perform clear, motivating and with a view to development. Educational expertise that you use in practice – you know what children need. Personal strengths such as openness, cordiality, reliability, creativity and empathy. A safe feeling for team leadership, organization and communication – complemented by knowledge in BayKiBiG, conceptual work and parental work. Good IT skills and basic understanding of economic relationships. A plus: experience in quality management and a class B driving licence.
