We are an innovative private child and youth support founded in 2002 with coordinated outpatient, semi-stationary and stationary help. We work with our around 180 employees at different locations in the district of Schaumburg and Minden-Lübbecke.

Your future workplace:

You work at one of three primary schools in the district of Schaumburg: Primary school Am Harrl in Bückeburg, Primary school Obernkirchen or Primary school Auetal. Our previous work focus ''integration aid according to our island concept'' is complemented by the new framework concept of the Landkreis Schaumburg 'Poollösung school participation' with the beginning of the school year 2026 / 2027. The pool solution is anchored as a structural part of the school. The implementation is conceptually based on the INSEL+ concept and is based on our many years of experience at the schools. The aim is to support children early, low-swelling and effective in school life, before crises, exclusion or lasting individual cases strengthen. INSEL+ connects a fixed island space in the school with flexible support in the classroom, in transitions, in breaks and in acute stress situations. The island is not an exclusion area and no criminal measure. It is a safe place for clarification, stabilization, relationship, co-regulation. The focus is not on the basic withdrawal from teaching, but rather the calmed return to teaching. You support children who have difficulties with self-regulation, impulse control, frustration tolerance, conflicts, transitions or social participation in school life. You work closely with teachers, parents, youth office and the specialist team 'school participation'. An important part will be the joint development of a method manual INSEL+: practical, school-based and professionally clean. The work starts with the responsibility for the years 1 and 2.

Completed pedagogical training or a corresponding study, e.g. social pedagogy/social work, pedagogy/education science, psychology, medical or special education, childhood education (Dipl./B.A./M.A.) or completed training as an educator:in or Healing nurse:in, ergotherapeuten:in. Experience in working with children with special needs Knowledge of individual funding planning and documentation Teamability and Communication Strength Commitment for participation, inclusion and diversity in pedagogical work

Unlimited employment contract – for over 20 years this has been standard with us. Working hours at approx. 190 school days per year, to be agreed in the range of 4-6 hours per day. This corresponds to parttime employment within a 0.50 - 0.75 full-time job.
