Project management of new construction (m/f/d)

You are planning, controlling and responsible for new construction projects from the first idea to the completion and pay attention to technical and economic business goals. You provide construction services, check alerts and control the results in planning and execution. You conduct external project partners and planning offices through all stages of performance, coordinate their cooperation and ensure a smooth flow of information. You monitor quality, dates and costs and ensure that each project is completed economically and within the budget. You work closely with internal specialist departments, authorities and external partners and represent the projects confidently to contractors and stakeholders.

You have studied architecture or civil engineering and have several years of experience in building project management, ideally in residential and commercial construction. You know the planning, contracting and construction contract law (VOB, HOAI) very well and use all regulations safely in daily practice. You think analytically and economically and work reliably, committed and responsible. You negotiate safely, communicate clearly, work in the team and solve tasks structured, solution-oriented and independent. You make use of MS Office and AVA programs and ideally apply SAP. You have a valid class B licence.
