Area Manager (m/f/d)

You assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a sub-area (Area) employees within the operational area and ensure smooth processes. As a key point of contact for technical questions, you can help your teams solve challenges by coordinating daily tasks and ensuring that all processes are implemented efficiently and on time. You evaluate operational key figures, create reporting, report structured to the head of the site and work closely with the process manager. You ensure compliance with performance and quality standards and actively contribute to the optimization of storage processes. You conduct regular employee talks and derive personal assessments and necessary training measures.

You have completed their studies in the field of logistics, supply chain management, economics or a successfully completed training with several years of experience in a comparable position. You have knowledge of operational logistics with a focus on warehouse management. Ideally, you have already gained experience in handling automation techniques. You can demonstrate relevant professional experience and at least five years of leadership experience in a comparable position (e.g. single, wholesale, warehouse management). You have very good IT skills (especially in Microsoft Office applications), ideally you have experience in handling goods management systems or SAP. An independent way of working as well as a friendly and convincing appearance as well as a high understanding of the process.
