The Klinik Service Eppendorf GmbH (KSE), a 100% subsidiary of the University Hospital of Hamburg Eppendorf (UKE), is responsible for the provision of building cleaning work in the UKE buildings. Cleaning is very important in the UKE because it is an important pillar for the hygiene and satisfaction of our patients. In order to continuously increase our service quality and optimise our services, we are looking for a:n team leader:in/pre-worker:in hospital cleaning. It expects an experienced, multicultural workforce to be targeted and directed. The written job requires a special degree of readiness and flexibility, a pronounced service and service and customer orientation. You work in full time (39 hours) in an unlimited contractual relationship. Your main responsibilities: Guided tour and guidance of employees Contact person and interface for customers incl. Advertising processing Optimization of services and service quality Control of compliance with the performance directory and hygiene and quality standards Creation of necessary documentation, schedules and procedures in coordination with the object and area lines Implementation of team meetings, instruction in hygiene and hazardous materials regulations
