We are looking for our company headquarters in Mönchengladbach PRODUCTIONSKOORDINATOR - Production planning & Work preparation (m/w/d)

You are responsible for ensuring efficient, time- and resource-oriented production by planning, controlling and monitoring the production orders You guide the project to find, introduce and further develop a suitable production planning system You significantly shape the work preparation for the production and provide clean and up-to-date master data (including piece lists, work plans, production documents) You will review the holistic supply chain management, analyze and optimise e.g. Timetable You optimierst production processes using lean management methods You develop and analyze key figures for controlling our production processes

Completed technical or commercial training with further education in the field of production/work preparation or comparable studies First to multi-year professional experience in production planning and/or work preparation of series production Experience in supply chain management Embossed methodological competence in the application of lean, MTM and REFA methods experience with production planning tools; ideally connected to SAP Business One Analytical thinking and structured and independent working Motivating, convincing personality with the ability to take with and inspire people
