Teamleiter (m/w/d) at the locations Nuremberg or Aschheim

Technical and disciplinary management of an IT operating team (with shift service and reputation) for Linux systems and applications of our customers Sovereign control of team dynamics, including the integration and leadership of experienced senior experts and the targeted promotion of young talent Continuous optimization and modernisation of workflows and ITSM processes (incident, change and problem management) The main focus of the disciplinary team is on the security of decision-making by deeper expert knowledge. Interface management to adjacent departments and coordination of joint projects for continuous service improvement Responsibility for personnel planning and implementation of the recruiting process for the team

Successfully completed technical studies, a completed subject-specific IT training or a comparable qualification with a multiannual professional experience At least three years of disciplinary leadership experience in the IT industry Long-term experience in the management of Linux servers (Enterprise level) Comprehensive knowledge of all common processes in the ITIL environment (ITSM) and experience in handling ServiceNow or comparable ticket systems Excellent quality and service awareness for the stable operation of critical customer environments Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
