This makes this job interesting to me: As a Coordinator Contract & Supplier Manager in Team Group Services and Maintenance, I will be responsible for the development and management of the core services (Corporate Services, Project Services and Maintenance) of the Elia and 50Hertz network. I will be a contact person within the team when it comes to developing and implementing standards in accordance with our entrepreneurial goals. I develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of the workload within the Contract & Supplier Managers team in the Group Services department. My tasks: I am responsible for the (further) development of processes and standards in the Contract & Supplier Management department of Group Services & Maintenance, I maintain particularly critical contracts with our service providers from the beginning to the end, in particular I tax claims and contractual adjustments with a focus on cross-project solutions and ensure documentation and reporting, When contracting with our suppliers, I assure our entrepreneurial interests, I always keep in mind the interests of the internal staff and project department at my work, I guarantee the continuous improvement process through excellent communication and great opportunities as well as win-win situations, I'll report directly to the Head of Division, I take over the technical leadership of Contract & Supplier Managers in the Group Services department and also assign tasks, I am a visionaryin & anticipantin for the further development of the topics & processes in Contract & Supplier Management within the Group Services & Maintenance department and ensure the exchange with other purchasing areas, Together with the specialist department manager, I define roles and responsibilities in the team.

Master's degree, at least 3 years of practical experience as Contract & Supplier Manager, strategic buyer*in or in a comparable role, Excellent communication skills and sovereign appearance in negotiations, enforcing and decision-making personality, Very good handling in conflict situations, Flowing language skills in English and German (C-Level) (application daily in word and writing).
