Support of project teams in operational day-to-day business, in particular within defense and armament projects, with insight into complex technical and organizational relationships careful preparation and follow-up of dates, workshops and voting formats to ensure smooth project execution Participation in the preparation of reports, presentations, project documents and sound basis of decision Support for internal and external project communication and structured documentation and quality assurance Acquisition of independent responsibility for defined partial tasks with increasing depth of content with increasing experience

a completed study or study shortly before graduation, e.g. in the field of business, technology, IT, politics, safety studies or comparable real interest in defense, security, Bundeswehr, Marine or the public sector readiness to work regularly on site in Emden or Wilhelmshaven – also for a residence outside the region strong understanding of services and a careful, structured and reliable operation, including high liability, good preparation and clean documentation professional appearance and communication strength in dealing with different contact persons as well as the ability to identify relationships and proactively address topics very good German knowledge, English skills are advantageous as well as basic knowledge and first practical experience in using AI tools

Federal Army Background? No need – but a plus. You were at the Bundeswehr, are a reserveist (m/w/d) or have a different relationship to the military environment? This is welcome. Your interest in the defense environment and your attitude to the task is crucial.
