Your tasks You actively participate in the creation of the Sustainability Declaration and support our team in the entire reporting process - from planning and coordination with disciplines to publication, e.g. Participation in the creation and revision of presentations and documentation Support in the processing and content testing of data from specialist departments (in particular HR) writing, reworking and reading of reports (German/English; Focus on content clarity and consistency) Support for the translation of regulatory requirements (ESRS) in understandable content for specialist areas (e.g. HR) Implementation of benchmark analyses and research on current ESG topics Working with ESG ratings (e.g. preparation and updating of questionnaires, comparison of previous year data with current reports)

That's what you bring Current master's degree or advanced Bachelor's degree High level of accuracy and a very good eye for detail (e.g. consistency of numbers and statements) Very good voice and the ability to formulate complex content clearly and understandably (German/English) Interest in sustainability, ESG and regulatory issues (CSRD/ESRS) and willingness to work on complex requirements A structured and independent way of working. Curiosity and joy to work on new topics and tools (e.g. AI tools or reporting systems) First experiences in financial or sustainability reporting or in the personnel sector of advantage, but no condition Very good knowledge of German and English.
