CNC manufacturing processes: Self-preparing, brushing, operating and monitoring the manufacturing processes on CNC machines. Programming: Programming of machining programs with CAM systems for components with highest precision. Quality assurance: to ensure the required quality according to the drawing specifications by self-controllers. Maintenance and maintenance: maintenance, cleaning and repair of small malfunctions according to maintenance calendar to ensure a smooth production process. Continuous improvement process: Active cooperation in optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and quality. Safety of work: compliance with safety requirements and order and cleanliness at work.

Complete training for machining mechanic, toolmaker, mechatronics or comparable qualification. Knowledge and practical experience of CNC turning and/or milling machines. Technical drawings: Safe handling in reading and interpreting technical drawings.
