As Junior Talent Manager:in (parent-time representation, limited to 1.5 years) you support and develop our junior programs.

They are actively involved: they support and accompany our junior staff throughout their training period and coordinate all relevant processes You are networked: Together with the departments, you develop training measures, maintain contacts with cooperation partners and stay informed about current developments You are organising: You are responsible for selection procedures, onboardings, trainings and events, so that you can ensure a structured junior support Impetus: With new ideas and trend analyses, you will shape the further development of our training programs

Personality: Joy in working with young people, clear communication, enforcing ability and a structured working method Methodological expertise: completion of training or study (e.g. staff, industry, chemistry, pedagogy) or comparable qualification Expertise: Experience in junior funding or training of advantage. AEVO (AdA-Schein) or educational training are a plus Engagement: They bring creative ideas and actively shape the further development of training.
