My tasks:

Preparation of welding work Testing and cleaning of workpieces to remove impurities (e.g. rust, fat or dirt) Device and calibration of the WIG welding device Execution of precise welds with the WIG method (both manually and automated) Working according to technical drawings and welding instructions Visual inspection of welds and performance of quality controls (e.g. penetration or visual inspection) Corrections or rework in case of errors at the weld seams Post-processing, such as grinding, polishing or smoothing of the workpieces Maintenance and maintenance of welding equipment and tools

My profile:

A completed vocational training in the metal sector, e.g. as a metal manufacturer, welder, plant mechanic or similar professions Funded knowledge in the field of tungsten inert gas welding (WIG/TIG) and the ability to precisely process a variety of materials such as stainless steel, aluminum, titanium and other alloyed metals Ability to securely read and implement technical drawings, welding instructions and component specifications Valid welding tests according to standard (e.g. according to DIN EN ISO 9606) are often required Willingness to shift work Cooperation with colleagues in production or assembly
