For our client, the Augustinum Pflege gGmbh, we are looking for a nursing service (m/w/d) for outpatient care at the next possible time.

The Augustinum Senior Residence in Roth offers, nestled in a spacious park, a good 200 inhabitants. Together with your team of experienced (age) nurses, take care of the outpatient care for about 45 inhabitants:inside.

You assume the overall responsibility for your care team and the nursing management You create personal plans and perform performance accounting You will develop your employees with regard to nursing excellence and take over the management of staff They ensure the quality of care and the internal QM measures They work closely with the other companies in the residence together You have the pleasure of team-oriented personnel management, development and personnel recovery

They bring a completed training or study in the field of nursing, health or social sciences (focus on care) with They have several years of professional experience in senior positions and staff development in nursing and senior management Your well-founded expertise on legal and financial conditions in the care sector, as well as your knowledge in quality management and hygiene regulations, has already been able to demonstrate in your previous position
