Your tasks:

• Ensuring subscription extensions of the European Customer portfolios and related deliveries
• Invoicing including the creation of customer accounts (SAP...)
• Development, consolidation and follow-up of customer requests and - complain and the associated action plans, Problem solutions and reductions include
• inform customers about trends and behaviour
• Ensuring favorable customer relationships
• cooperation with all the other departments involved, Activities according to the requirements and performance Coordination problems
• Ensuring customer access to TIPI / TIPI Backoffice activities
• Data cleaning

Your profile:

• completed studies in the field of international management or a comparable qualification
• at least a 3-year training in a technical or commercial area as well as long-term, relevant Professional experience / further education
• Over three years of professional experience in customer service Service, Public Relations
• Very good knowledge about MS Office and SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German language skills
