This is what we expect as a broker (m/w/d) Occupational agency in the field: You are engaged in medium-sized brokerage houses in northern Germany - actively and systematically. First contact person:in: You are the reliable contact point for our intermediaries in all distributive and processual questions concerning the precautionary business life. bAV-Expertise: You know all the ways of implementing and accompany complex requests. Products close to the capital market: You convey enthusiasm and understanding for solutions close to the capital market. Innovation and analysis: You set fresh impulses, combine analytical strength with creativity and advance new ideas. Solution-oriented cooperation: You co-ordinately between administration, specialist and brokers - with a clear focus on the best solution. Digitization and Processes: You support our business partners in digitizing their processes and optimize processes together.

(m/w/d) Degree: degree (uni/FH/BA) or comparable training. Knowledge: Funded knowledge in the private and occupational pension business. Market understanding: Confidence with the competitive environment - in particular biometrics and products close to the capital market - or motivated to work quickly and deeply. Communication: You convince with clarity, empathy and persuasiveness. Joy of complexity: You like to think in challenging situations and persistently implement customer solutions. Teampirit: You use interfaces beyond the field - especially direction of operation and underwriting. Sales drive and digital affinity: Target-oriented and digitally versed - You actively drive processes forward.
