Family Lifting / Family, Health and Child Caregivers (m/w/d)

The amount of employment is 60%. Setting is done up to SuE 8b TVöD. It is a two-year temporary employment relationship.

Your use is required in these tasks: • Jobseekers in families (pregnants and families with children up to 3 years) with increased support • Health and development-promoting support, preventive counselling and tailor-made placement in advanced consulting and relief offerings of early aids • Promoting a gelling binding structure • Preventive and resource-oriented approach • Interdisciplinar cooperation with other institutions, professional groups and cooperation in the early aid team

You convince with the following profile: • Certification as family lifts or family, health and child caregivers • Experience in working with families is necessary • High level of initiative and empathy • Embossed communication skills in dealing with cooperation partnerships as well as team and conflictability • willingness to engage outside the usual service hours if necessary and to use the private car service • Class B driving licence
