Architect (m/f/d)

You accompany our refurbishment, modernization and new construction projects from the first project idea, planning and implementation to completion. Together with the team, you develop structural and architectural concepts and contribute your expertise to the development of our housing and quarters. You take over the coordination and technical assistance of design, approval and execution planning. You examine and evaluate planning documents, designs and execution details regarding functionality, design, technical feasibility, quality and cost-effectiveness. You accompany and coordinate cooperation with other architects, specialist planners, engineers and other project participants. You take over the contractor representation and ensure the interests of pbg regarding quality, costs, appointments and planning. You accompany construction permit, tender and award processes and participate in the selection of suitable planning and construction partners. You check performance directories, offers, supplements and invoices and support in cost and budget management. You document the project history and create cost, appointment and status reports. You contribute to the further development of our planning, construction and quality standards and introduce new ideas and solutions into our projects.

You have a degree in architecture or a comparable degree course. You ideally have several years of professional experience in the field of planning, construction management or project management of construction projects. You bring experiences in the planning and implementation of renovation, modernization and new construction projects, preferably in housing construction. You have good knowledge in the areas of construction planning, tendering, awarding and cost and timing. You have knowledge of the relevant technical and legal framework conditions of construction including the performance phases 1-9 of the object planning and its application. You work structured, independent, responsible and solution-oriented. You have a strong organisational and coordination capacity and keep an overview of complex projects. You communicate safely and legally and are happy to work with planners, specialist engineers, executive companies and internal contacts.
