Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

Identification and qualification of exciting leads in cooperation with the responsible sales manager Conducting initial discussions to understand the challenges and needs of the lead Support in the development and implementation of market strategies Analysis of customer needs, competitors:inside and market developments Care of all customer interactions and information in the CRM system (HubSpot) Screening of target markets for potential strategic partnerships and representation at financial and fintech events

Completed studies in BWL, VWL, Finance, Accounting, Business Informatics or a related area Hands-on mentality, independent and structured working First practical experience in sales or sales-related tasks in the Wealth Management or the Financial Industry (including through internships/work students activities) Joy in dealing with customers: the distribution of modern technologies, negotiation skills and very good communication and presentation skills Analytical thinking and the ability to derive innovative concepts Good understanding of asset classes and financial markets Safe for negotiation in German and English Care, confidentiality, loyalty and readiness to travel
