You are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with children, young people and young people aged 10 - 27 years You will take care of the development, monitoring and evaluation of thematically adapted offers You are inspiring for network work (social space work with associations, initiatives of the community etc.). You manage the budget. You take over administrative activities. You represent the interests of young people in bodies. You are contact persons for the concerns of young people. You are responsible for continuing youth work in rural areas.

You have a successfully completed study in the field of social education with state recognition or a comparable qualification. You have a valid class B license. You stand for an appreciative, individual approach to children. You work independently and reliably. You are enthusiastic, committed, collaborative and team-capable and open to new challenges. You are ready to complete further education and training. You have an excellent educational skill and a lot of empathy.
