As a portfolio manager, you contribute to the success of Lidl through the expansion and sustainable development of the existing branches. With your location analyses and concept ideas for new land and land, you develop the right templates for our expansion strategy together with the real estate management.

Successfully completed studies, ideally with real estate relations, or a comparable qualification Multiannual well-founded professional experience in the real estate industry - preferably in expansion, project development, acquisition or portfolio management Sovereign and convincing appearance towards local decision-makers, investors, project developers, brokers and other external stakeholders Impressed communication and negotiation strength and the ability to convey complex facts clearly, concisely and addressably Entrepreneurial thinking, strength of decision and a safe sense for people, interests and economic relationships An independent, structured and binding way of working, as well as the ability to reliably advance even demanding projects Fast understanding, analytical thinking and negotiation strength High digital affinity and the ability to work quickly and safely into new systems, processes and tools Regional readiness to travel within the area responsible
