The Head:in vom Dienst (CvD)' is responsible for the integrated, operational management of corporate communications and ensures consistent, prioritized and digital-first-oriented communication across all internal and external channels.

The CvD acts as a central control centre between topics management, content production, channel control and management requirements and reports to the management of corporate communication. The aim is an efficient, fast and effective communication organization with clear priorities and reduced interfaces.

Control of the daily communication situation including topical priority, communication events and publication times Cross-channel orchestration of all communication measures to ensure a consistent appearance across all channels Head of the Newsdesk or Thematic board process as central authority for planning, coordination and operational communication control anchoring of a digital-first logic by early integration of digital channels, social media, channel-appropriate formats and playback mechanisms Optimizing content production through fast, modular and target-group-oriented formats and the use of analytics and performance data Interface and resource management between “Content” and “Canals” and coordination of external service providers Management, consulting and escalation function for field management, ad hoc and crisis situations and competing communication requirements

Complete university studies, ideally in communication sciences, media, journalism, political, economic or social sciences Multiannual experience in integrated corporate communication, editorial staff, newsroom control or cross-channel communication planning Embossed digital and social media expertise including understanding of digital platforms, formats, performance mechanics and data-based optimization Experience in complex stakeholder and voting processes, ideally in regulated organisations or in the financial environment High strategic and operational control competence with strong decision-making and prioritisation capability Sovereign occurrence in dynamic situations associated with resilience, communication strength and a good understanding of political and organizational relationships Integrating and analysing skills to bring together different interests, to make decisions and to work data-orientated
