Insolvency clerk (m/f/d)

We are looking for an insolvency administrator (m/w/d) in full or part-time for our Leipzig site at the earliest possible time.

We serve insolvency administrations throughout Germany as insolvency administrators and advise in insolvency and restructuring situations.

Self-employed insolvency proceedings (regulatory and/or consumer insolvency) Examination and management of claims Recording and accounting of business incidents of ongoing insolvency proceedings Communication with creditors, courts and debtors Compilation of reports, reports and final accounts Monitoring of deadlines and dates Support of the insolvency administrator in the process execution

(m/w/d) or a similar qualification A high degree of independence, reliability and texture Ideally, you have experience in insolvency management and are familiar with the software Winsolvenz p4 and Lexolution Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Open and secure appearance, team capability Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
