Your job

Meals: Planning, preparation, portioning and dispensing of food as well as performing culinary activities and special events Organization: Ordering, Disposition, Acceptance, Quality Testing, Preparation and Proper Storage of Goods Team leadership: Instruction and leadership of employees, coordination of tasks in the team and support in ongoing operation Hygiene and Safety: Implementation and Compliance of Hygiene, HACCP and Safety Directives to Ensure Food Quality Quality and Environment: Ensuring and implementing quality and environmental policies in everyday work Workplace and appearance: ensuring cleanliness and functionality of the workplace and service-oriented representation of the company Cleaning: cleaning and monitoring of cleaning processes

Your profile

Completed training: You've learned the job chef w/m/d Experiences: You ideally bring experience in a kitchen with Knowledge: You have extensive knowledge of food and hygiene regulations Responsibility: Your work is careful and independent Team capability: You can inspire and motivate yourself and your team Organisational assets: You also keep an overview in opaque situations and stay customer- and service-oriented Vaccination: A valid anti-mass vaccination in accordance with statutory requirements is provided
