Construction Mechanic Welding Technology (m/f/d)

Processing of E-hand method No. 111 with choice between hand and machine design; Production of restricted, unrestricted and blunt and throat seams performing the MAG process no. 135 mechanized or automated; Ensure that the weld seams produced meet the requirements for restricted, unrestricted as well as blunt and throat seams processing of the filling wire method No 136 mechanized or automated; Ensure that the resulting stumps or Smooth seams correspond to the required categories (restricted/restricted) Quality assurance by visual testing of each weld and confirming its compliance with quality standards

Successfully completed training as a design mechanic: in the field of welding technology, several years of professional experience and mastery of welding processes E‐Hand, MAG and filling wire in manual and mechanized/automated execution; Production of stump and throat seams in restricted and unrestricted execution Safe handling of welding instructions, WPS and welding table as well as familiarity with plant programming for plant drivers:inside Self-responsible execution of the visual quality assurance of the welds Embossed organizational skills, structured working, conceptual thinking and technical understanding, creativity, flexibility and self-initiative and independent work Team-oriented appearance, joy in cooperation and taking responsibility
