As a driving force in the digital transformation of our division, you design central IT programs with a focus on demanding SAP initiatives. You conduct cross-departmental teams, orchestrate complex project landscapes and ensure that strategic IT projects are implemented efficiently, sustainable and in line with corporate goals. Your duties Control and further development of the division's IT portfolio with a focus on SAP transformation programs Responsible management of complex IT programs including cost, time and quality responsibility Coordination of all project-wide dependencies and ensuring effective risk, stakeholder and communication management Professional leadership of interdisciplinary project teams and close cooperation with internal departments as well as external service providers Takeover of control in IT service provider management (prescriptions, selection, interface management, operational cooperation) Progress monitoring, reporting on management and C levels, as well as ensuring programme achievement in the sense of corporate objectives

Complete university studies, ideally in the field of IT, computer science or comparable Multiannual experience in IT project and program management (including change management), ideally with SAP major projects Experience in leadership of teams and in complex transformation environments Project management certification (e.g. IPMA Level C or comparable) Deep understanding of company-wide, complex SAP system landscapes (both R3 and HANA) and their interfaces German and English skills Embossed entrepreneurial thinking, strong moderation and leadership skills, high resilience and secure engagement in international and dynamic contexts Global readiness
