Caretaker with a focus on garden maintenance Property maintenance (m/f/d)

We are now looking for reinforcement (m/w/d) for the care of our objects, indoor and outdoor areas.

Your duties

• Garden and outdoor care: Regular lawn mowing, hedge cut, weed removal, leach care and foliage removal on the plots.
• Consistance & repairs: Complete small manual repairs in and around the building.
• ** Monitoring of technical installations, cleanliness and road safety.
• Winterdienst: Pünktliche Räum- und Streudienst auf den Wege und Einfahrten.
• Contact partner: Friendly contact for tenants or users on site.

Your profile

• Handicraft skill and practical experience in gardening and landscape construction or master care.
• Valid driving licence class B (important for the transport of equipment/green cut).
• Reliability, independent operation and well-kept appearance.
• Physical resilience and readiness to weather-related operations (winter service).
• Experience in some activities would be desirable. Interest and commitment to learn the other activities are of great use.
• They are team-ready, reliable and always work very well.
• Have fun at work
