Successfully completed banking training or comparable qualification Proofable professional experience in sales, including telephone sales, as well as trainer:in (m/w/d) Good specialist and product knowledge in private and consumer credit, incl. legal basis (m/w/d) and/or coach:in (m/w/d) Understanding figures, data and facts High readiness: 3 – 5 days a week on site in Sparkassen; strong flexibility and mobility Very high level of communication, excellent sales skills and pronounced service, earnings and cost orientation
